Making a refund

Even if a patient is not upset or angry, any member contemplating a refund of fees should contact PLP to receive guidance on the documentation required to protect the member’s interests. PLP does not recommend that members who believe their care was appropriate reimburse patients; however, if you have made a business decision to make a refund, complete the form below so PLP can assist you with the paperwork.
